In Sira’s own words: My paintings introduce viewers to individuals of ambiguous age in a range of portraits and tableaus. These tableaux are fabulistic, symbolic, or fragments of a larger narrative, inviting observers to explore the depths of my subjects’ emotions and stories.
My intention is that each painting becomes a doorway to a world of contemplation, emotion, and introspection.
