Kasia Davies

Kasia Davies is a multifaceted artist, painter, interior designer, and music producer whose dynamic career spans visual arts, design, music, and production. Born in Poland and based in London for much of her life, Kasia bridges cultural influences with a deeply personal artistic voice that reflects both her diverse background and broad creative interests.

Her formal education is as varied as her practice: she holds a degree in Theatre Studies, developed business expertise at the London School of Management, and completed an interior design course at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. This interdisciplinary foundation has fueled her ability to move fluidly between creative disciplines—from painting and set design in advertising, to music production and band management.

Winner of the 1st Prize in the IT’SLIQUID International Art Competition 2025 and finalist of YICCA 2025, Kasia’s painting "Besties" was featured on the cover of Flow magazine (France) in August 2025, and her painting "Summer in Menton" appears on the cover of the novel Valley of the Moms by Hanah Selinger (USA) July 2026.

Her work, deeply inspired by Pop Art and Impressionism, is characterized by bold colours, luminous contrasts, and watery reflections, often portraying women in moments of calm and contemplation.

Her paintings are represented in some of the largest auction houses in Poland and held in private collections across Europe and the USA. She has participated in numerous group exhibitions, mainly in Poland, Italy, and the UK. Beyond galleries and auctions, her art has been showcased in TV advertisements, tattoos, and product designs, reflecting a broad creative reach that bridges fine art and commercial expression.

My art focuses on exploring colour and how it can express emotions. I use acrylic paints to create a balance between bold, intense colours and calm, harmonious tones. For me, colour is more than just something you see—it’s a way to communicate feelings. Through bright palettes and strong contrasts, I try to capture both energy and stillness in the same piece.

A key part of my work is the connection between the female form and water. Both are full of life, strength, and mystery, and I use them as symbols to explore ideas of change, peace, and deep emotions. By painting women surrounded by glowing water, I want to turn everyday moments into peaceful, almost magical scenes. These paintings invite people to slow down, reflect, and find a part of themselves in the calm of the image.
