In this group of paintings, "The Screens series" paintings, from the years 2011-2021, the images & particles of images are floating & appearing on the surface of the picture without any system of cataloguing or order. Traces & remnants of images taken from books, magazines & several texts. All those are weaved into one tight enigmatic surface. Inside this weaved surface, old traces, Particles & remnants from the popular culture, figures from advertisements, figures of actors, Movie actresses, Popular icons of society, images that represent the culture / world of consumption & the consumerist society, are appearing.

Those visual anecdotes appear for a moment & then vanish in a glance. As if it was a camera flash or the lightning light. It creates a sense of movement in the picture & a sort of unstable Surface. The images & the small particles are reflexive & also have a sense of musical feeling, like chords & harmonized notes that are combined together in a system of ladders, chords & modules. A coherent & tight surface is being created in front of the viewer's eyes, so that he is confronted with an almost immaculate & harmonious world, although very translucent & fragile.
