Romana Schmitt, known in the art world as ROSCH, is an artist of Czech origin who presents herself with her bold and expressive abstract works. She has been painting since 2003, improving her skills over the years and developing a unique artistic style.
The canvases, often of larger dimensions, are characterized by a dynamic interplay of colors and textures. Using various techniques, she creates visually captivating compositions that draw viewers into her vibrant world of abstraction. Her works, inspired by everyday life, nature, architecture and the spiritual realm, cross the boundaries of conventional art and offer viewers a glimpse into her rich inner world.
In recent years, she has been collecting recognition in international art competitions, winning prestigious awards. Her paintings have found a home in private collections not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad, this cementing her position as a rising star of the contemporary art scene. She exhibits her works all over the world (Rome, Venice, Florence, NY, Dubai, Berlin, Barcelona, Amsterdam…).
I try to put positive energy, color, and vigor into my paintings, and my wish is that each of my works brings a sense of light and harmony to people's minds and souls.
