Participation in the Top Investable Artists of 2027 Art Book & Investable Artists Directory 2027
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to participation in the Top Investable Artists of 2027 Art Book (the “Book”) and the Investable Artists Directory 2027 (the “Directory”), produced and published by Art Market Experts(the “Company”).
By accepting an invitation, confirming participation, and/or making payment, the Artist agrees to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Invitation
1.1 Participation is by invitation only and is offered at the discretion of Art Market Experts.
1.2 Invitations are personal and non-transferable. They may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person.
1.3 An invitation or participation in the Book and Directory does not guarantee sales, representation, investment, increased artwork value, or other professional or financial results.
2. Participation
2.1 Confirmed Artists will receive:
A single-page or double-page feature in the Top Investable Artists of 2027 Art Book.
A dedicated listing in the Investable Artists Directory 2027 on the official Art Market Experts website.
2.2 Single-page feature includes:
One high-resolution artwork
Artist biography
Artist name and professional information
Website, email, social media, gallery, or other professional contact information
2.3 Double-page feature includes:
Up to two high-resolution artworks
Artist biography
Artist name and professional information
Website, email, social media, gallery, or other professional contact information
2.4 The final design, layout, image placement, and presentation are determined by Art Market Experts.
3. Art Book Publication & Distribution
3.1 The Top Investable Artists of 2027 will be published in print and digital formats.
3.2 The print edition is intended for international distribution through retailers and distributors, which may include Amazon, Barnes & Noble, WHSmith, Foyles, Blackwell’s, and other relevant outlets.
3.3 Retailer availability and distribution may vary by country and are not guaranteed.
4. Investable Artists Directory 2027
4.1 The Investable Artists Directory 2027 will be published digitally on the official Art Market Experts website.
4.2 The Directory may include the Artist’s name, biography, artwork images, website, social media, gallery information, email address, and other professional information provided by the Artist.
4.3 The Directory may be shared with collectors, curators, galleries, art advisors, institutions, and other professionals within the Company’s network.
4.4 Art Market Experts determines the design, format, placement, and presentation of Directory listings.
5. Participation Fees
5.1 The participation fees are:
Single-page presentation: €260
Double-page presentation: €360
5.2 The applicable Fee must be paid in full to confirm participation.
5.3 Payment may be made by PayPal, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
5.4 Unless otherwise required by applicable law, participation Fees are non-refundable once participation has been confirmed and production or editorial work has commenced.
5.5 Additional charges may apply to substantial changes or additional services requested by the Artist.
6. Submission Requirements
6.1 The Artist must provide all required materials by the deadline communicated by Art Market Experts.
6.2 Required materials may include:
High-resolution artwork files, preferably at a minimum of 300 DPI
One artwork for a single-page presentation
Up to two artworks for a double-page presentation
Artist biography
Artist name and professional information
Website, email, social media, gallery, or other professional contact information
6.3 Materials must be submitted through the secure upload or submission system provided by the Company.
6.4 The Company may request replacement materials or reject materials that do not meet its technical, editorial, legal, or professional standards.
7. Deadlines
7.1 All materials must be submitted within the deadline provided by Art Market Experts.
7.2 Failure to submit the required materials on time may result in the feature being delayed, modified, omitted, or cancelled.
7.3 In such circumstances, the participation Fee will not be refundable, except where required by applicable law.
8. Editorial & Design
8.1 Art Market Experts has final control over the editorial and visual presentation of the Book and Directory.
8.2 The Company may make reasonable corrections to submitted text, including spelling, grammar, and formatting.
8.3 Major changes requested by the Artist after design or production has started may incur additional fees and may not be possible due to production deadlines.
9. Printed Copies
9.1 Printed copies of the Book are not included in the participation Fee.
9.2 Due to the international nature of the project, complimentary international shipping is not included.
9.3 Artists may purchase copies through available retailers and distribution channels after publication.
9.4 Retail pricing, shipping, availability, and delivery are determined by the relevant retailer or distributor.
10. Marketing & Promotion
10.1 Art Market Experts may promote the Book, Directory, and participating Artists through its official website, social media, newsletters, promotional materials, press activity, and professional network.
10.2 The Artist gives the Company permission to use submitted artwork images, biography, name, and professional information for publication and promotional purposes related to the Book and Directory.
10.3 The Company does not guarantee sales, representation, media coverage, inquiries, investment, or other professional or financial results.
11. Artist Rights & Responsibilities
11.1 The Artist confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit all materials provided to the Company.
11.2 The Artist remains the owner of their original artworks and intellectual property.
11.3 The Artist grants Art Market Experts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce and use the submitted materials for the Book, Directory, and related marketing and promotional purposes.
11.4 The Artist is responsible for any claims arising from materials submitted without the necessary rights or permissions.
12. Removal & Termination
12.1 Art Market Experts may remove or withhold an Artist’s feature or Directory listing if:
Required materials are not provided;
Submitted materials do not meet publication standards;
The materials may infringe third-party rights;
The Artist provides materially false or misleading information; or
The Artist breaches these Terms.
12.2 Where removal results from the Artist’s failure to comply with these Terms, the participation Fee will not be refundable, except where required by applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Art Market Experts is not responsible for delays or issues caused by printers, distributors, retailers, websites, technical services, shipping providers, or other third parties beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
13.2 The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of sales, income, exposure, business opportunities, or professional opportunities.
13.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total liability will not exceed the participation Fee actually paid by the Artist.
14. No Financial Guarantee
14.1 Participation in the Book and Directory is an editorial and promotional opportunity.
14.2 Art Market Experts does not guarantee artwork sales, increased artwork value, gallery representation, exhibitions, collector inquiries, investment, commissions, media coverage, or other professional or financial benefits.
14.3 References to “investable artists,” “investability,” or market potential are editorial descriptions and do not constitute financial advice or an investment recommendation.
15. Privacy
15.1 Artist information provided to Art Market Experts will be used for purposes related to participation, publication, the Directory, marketing, and administration of the project.
15.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Company’s applicable Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.
16. Changes to the Project
16.1 Art Market Experts may make reasonable changes to the publication schedule, design, distribution, retailers, website, or other aspects of the project when necessary.
16.2 The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain the principal purpose and nature of the project.
17. Governing Law
17.1 These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Art Market Experts is legally established, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
17.2 Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
18. Final Agreement
18.1 These Terms constitute the agreement between the Artist and Art Market Experts regarding participation in the Book and Directory.
18.2 By accepting the invitation, confirming participation, and/or making payment, the Artist confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
