Participation in the Top Investable Artists of 2026 Art Book & Investable Artists Directory 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Top Investable Artists of 2026 Art Book (the “Book”) and the Investable Artists Directory 2026 (the “Directory”), produced by Art Market Experts (“Company”). By submitting payment and confirming your participation, you (“Artist”) agree to the following Terms.

 

1. Eligibility & Invitation

1.1 Participation is strictly by invitation only. Invitations are extended to artists who, in the opinion of Art Market Experts, demonstrate professional excellence and strong investment potential.
1.2 Invitations are non-transferable and may not be sold, reassigned, or gifted to another individual.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Upon confirmation, the Artist will receive:
A single-page or double-page printed and digital feature in the Top Investable Artists of 2026 Art Book. 
A dedicated placement in the Investable Artists Directory 2026 (online directory on our website).

2.2 Single-page features include:
Two (2) high-resolution artworks
Biography
Artist’s direct contact information (website, email, social media, or gallery)

2.3 Double-page features include:
Up to four (4) high-resolution artworks
Biography
Artist’s direct contact information 

2.4 The Book will be available in print format, distributed globally via Amazon, Barnes & Noble, WHSmith, Foyles, Blackwell’s, and additional respected distributors.
2.5 The Directory will be published digitally and shared privately with vetted collectors, curators, art advisors, and galleries.

3. Participation & Fees

3.1 To secure placement, a one-time participation fee of €260 for a single-page presentation or €360 for a double-page feature is required (“Fee”).
3.2 The Fee must be paid in full at the time of application.
3.3 Payment methods include PayPal, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
3.4 All payments are final and strictly non-refundable, reflecting the bespoke nature of this project.

4. Submission Requirements

4.1 The Artist is responsible for submitting all required materials by the stated deadline:

High-resolution artworks (min. 300 DPI)
– Single-page: 2 artworks
– Double-page: Up to 4 artworks

Biography (up to 250 words) 

Contact details (links, website, galleries, email, etc... 

4.2 Materials must be submitted through the secure upload link provided after confirmation.
4.3 Art Market Experts reserves the right to request replacements or reject materials that do not meet publication standards (poor image quality, inappropriate or offensive content, or submissions unsuitable for professional print).

5. Deadlines & Availability

5.1 Availability is strictly limited, with only the final five invitations remaining. Once full, the opportunity closes permanently.
5.2 Failure to submit materials on time may result in forfeiture of the feature without refund.

6. Design & Editorial Control

6.1 The Book’s design, layout, and final presentation are at the sole discretion of Art Market Experts.
6.2 Minor text corrections are permitted prior to final approval.
6.3 Major revisions (replacement of artworks, rewritten biography, post-design changes) may incur additional fees.

7. Distribution & Copies

7.1 The Book will be available as a global print edition through major retailers.
7.2 Printed copies are not included in the participation fee.
This is due to having participants from multiple countries, making international shipping costly and impractical.
7.3 Artists may purchase copies directly and affordably through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other retailers in their region once the Book is released.
7.4 Availability may vary by country or retailer; Art Market Experts does not guarantee presence in every outlet. 

8. Marketing & Promotion

8.1 Art Market Experts will promote the Book and Directory across its global network of collectors, curators, galleries, and art professionals.
8.2 While every effort is made to maximize exposure, no guarantees are made regarding sales, representation, or financial outcomes.
8.3 Participation grants the Company permission to use submitted images, text, and Artist details for marketing, promotion, and distribution.

9. Artist Responsibilities & Warranties

9.1 The Artist confirms all submitted materials are original and that they own full rights for publication.
9.2 The Artist grants Art Market Experts a non-exclusive license to reproduce submitted materials for publication, promotion, and distribution.
9.3 The Artist agrees to indemnify Art Market Experts against any claims involving copyright infringement or third-party disputes.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Art Market Experts is not liable for:

Missed opportunities or unrealized exposure
Distributor or printing delays
Technical issues beyond its control
Any indirect or consequential damages
10.2 Maximum liability shall not exceed the Fee paid by the Artist.

11. Termination & Forfeiture

11.1 Art Market Experts reserves the right to remove or withhold a feature without refund if the Artist:
Fails to submit required materials
Submits unsuitable content
Violates these Terms

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union.
12.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in EU courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Final Agreement

13.1 By submitting payment and confirming participation, the Artist agrees to these Terms in full.
13.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior discussions.
