My name is Edita Åbrink. From my roots in Lithuania to my creative life in Sweden, my path as an artist is a story of passion, resilience, and self-discovery. I moved to Sweden in 2010, carrying a quiet dream of painting that remained buried beneath the demands of everyday life.

That dream awakened in the autumn of 2022. I found myself drawn to a blank canvas—and what began as an experiment quickly became a calling. At 38, I embraced painting wholeheartedly, starting with nature-inspired works before discovering the expressive freedom of fluid art in early 2023.

Fluid art captured me completely. It became a space where I could release emotion, find peace of mind, and simply be myself. I don’t plan my paintings—each piece flows from within, guided by instinct, energy, and the spontaneous movement of color. I work with different materials and techniques.

I have no formal training in art; everything I’ve learned has come from exploration, emotion, and the joy of creating. My work is deeply personal, and through it, I hope to inspire others to follow their own creative spark—no matter when or where it begins.

Never give up on your dreams! Open your Soul for what you love to do!
