Born in Beirut-Lebanon during the height of the civil war, Haïfa Abboud-Ghoul is an abstract artist who now calls the United States home. Having built a successful career in the corporate world, Haïfa would dedicate any free time to sit with her canvas and brush. She realized that a dormant creative energy wanted to flow through her and painting quickly became an outlet for her deepest emotions and a source for tremendous joy.

Haïfa enjoys the use of vivid colors and bold textures in her paintings and favors a creative process where the concepts evolve as they are being created. This fluid approach to painting allows for a dialogue between the artist and the art as it is being created. Through this process, Haïfa embraces her appetite for experimentation which often leads to enhanced serendipity in expression.
