My artwork is meant to offer the viewer an escape from reality; maybe even offer a view into a possible alternate reality. My paintings, while usually depicting real world scenarios, are always done in bright colors that don't necessarily correspond to reality. I want viewers to be able to have a visual vacation from the every day mundanity of their daily life when they look at my work. I want them to delve into their imagination and see a different dimension of existence with a new point of view.
