In 1998, Liao Wanning graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, where she studied under renowned artists such as Guo Beiping. Benefiting from the rigorous academic training and the guidance of master teachers, she laid a solid foundation in oil painting techniques and artistic theory.

In 2000, she obtained a master's degree in oil painting from Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, specializing in Impressionist art. During her postgraduate studies, she in-depth explored the artistic connotation and expression techniques of Impressionism, which laid an important foundation for the formation of her unique artistic style.

Liao Wanning, female, was born in China and currently resides in Toronto, Canada. She is a professional painter and an active member of several prestigious art associations, including the Canadian Artists Association (SCA), the American Portrait Society, the American Oil Painters Association (OPA), and the American Artists Professional League. With a solid academic foundation and rich practical experience, she has made remarkable achievements in the field of oil painting, especially in impressionist art and portrait creation.
